Status of your order

We are happy to keep you informed about the status of your order. We do this using the following e-mail messages:

  • Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with all the details to continue tracking the package outside our warehouse. The email contains the track & trace info from the delivery service of your order. Through the delivery service’s website, you can use this info to keep track of the package all the way to the delivery address.

Contents damaged

Is part of the delivery damaged? Pity and exceptional. We make every effort to get our deliveries to you in one piece.
However, not to worry! Please provide us with a photo of the damaged delivery along with the order number and the products that are broken at info@MOOVUMsports.com. Once our customer service department has processed your report they will find an appropriate solution for you.

Package not received

You expect a package but it is not delivered. Annoying but no worries. Please check the points below first and contact our customer service if necessary afterwards.

Check the Track & Trace code of the package

In the shipping confirmation via e-mail you will find the Track & Trace info. Use this info on the shipping company’s Track & Trace page to check the status of the shipment.

Check the delivery address

Is the delivery address you entered correct?

Check your mailbox

Did you receive a not home message? Your package may have been delivered to a neighbor or the delivery person may have scheduled a new delivery time.
